My experience here at Genises as a visitor are here as follows, The management and Staff members are very friendly and helpful, it’s very neat and smells very refreshing and not like dirty laundry and or piss I can’t what it was like back in 2023 but today 2026 it’s 100% greats than before nd yes I will recommend other family member and friends because they took care of my brother-n-law her even mentioned that they were really great to him please put the past behind you and experience genises for yourself I know that you will love them and let me know your outcome….:::✨✨💕💕💕💕

I visited my family member today and was highly impressed. The facility was clean and the patients looked well cared for. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and outgoing. Danielle was with my family member and was super caring. The meals looked well cooked and I witnessed workers checking on patients to make sure they were eating and had enough to eat. I was able to participate in a board game activity and had a blast! Keep up the good work!

My loved one stayed at your facility for respite care. While there, I noticed that she began experiencing unfamiliar symptoms - hand tremors, reduced alertness, and increased confusion. After her stay, the facility sent her home with her personal medication and an UNAUTHORIZED antipsychotic known for increased risk of death in patients with dementia, a Phenothiazine antipsychotic, prochlorperazine. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE
