Genesis Rehab has always treated me well when l was a patient there. Now my brother is there and he appears to be very good in spirits and he didn’t complain at all while l was there for a visit.

I often visit a very close friend/family member. The place is clean and well organized. The staff is professional and friendly too; it was lunchtime and they check to make sure the resident (s) is eating and, in the case of my friend who doesn’t like Tuna, I spoke with the Dietitian who changed her protein to one she liked and can chew. There was musical entertainment celebrating Mothers and the singer serenaded some including me. All in all it was quite a pleasant and enjoyable experience visiting with all the residents and chatting with them. Thank you for your kindness and love extended to the residents and myself ❤️🙏🥳💐💃🏽!

Doctors Community Rehab center is well maintained and the services delivered were great. The professionalism was great, the environment was well taken care of and the patients/clients reported awesome experiences. Great job overall.

The place is very well kept,however, the food service department serves food that is not fit to be eaten by a dog. Yesterday my nieces lunch was a dried out over cooked cold hamburger with a slice of cheese that wasn't melted and looked as if it was just taken out of the fridge. Condiments were on the plate, but how do u expect a person who had a stroke to open the packs. Condiment should have been in a little cup for easy access. Please be aware family members can't always be there to help our love ones. Your kitchen staff need more training on fixing food and take in consideration the patients are there due to medical reasons. My niece have also been given another patients food which seems to me those serving the food either can't read or don't pat attention to what they are doing. Given patients the wrong food that could cause problems or death would result in a big problem. Patients can order what they want to eat but my niece have never gotten what she order. Your kitchen is a disaster about to happen.i have seen first hand the staff serving food laughing and joking when they are suppose to be serving food. Some had gloves on but most didn't.

My stay at Doctor’s Rehabilitation facility was pleasant. My nurses were helpful and the day nurse was very informative and explained throughly any change in procedures. The GNA were very helpful with the.best of attitudes. As far as rehabilitation, all the personnel had the patient’s abilities and personal progress in mind while encouraging each to do their best.
