My grandfather has been to a few different facilities. This one by far has shown him the most care, attention, and assistance in his recovery. He is happy, clean and on the mend. We thank you. Staff at friendly and helpful. Building is clean, neat and kept very well.

We have a loved one staying here who has not been very happy at any previous location. She is so happy here. Active community lots to do very kind staff members bingo music meals. It gives me a great sense of relief to know that she is this happy. I personally love the check-in process so that no one gets sick.

My Mom has just been admitted to Evergreen for Rehab after many hospitalizations. I'm immediately impressed by how all the staff are so attentive to her needs, how clean and comfortable her surroundings are, and the professional care she is already receiving regarding her specific medical condition.

I was at Evergreen today visiting a family member who had arrived this morning. When got to his room, he was being cared for by the NP on duty and two other healthcare professionals. Within a half hour of their leaving, the programs coordinator came in to find out his interests and what he may like to participate in during his stay. He was served a hot lunch in a timely manner and follow-up staff promptly removed his tray and wiped down after. All of the staff was pleasant and professional.

When I walked in I was surprised, there was no awful smell. Evergreen is a very clean facility and has no bad odor it even smells clean. The staff is very friendly and informative. My aunt is currently a patient there and she has no complaints. She also told me that all the therapist that work with her are kind, patient and knowledgeable. Evergreen is the best facility she has been in thus far. Our family would definitely recommend Evergreen. Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt.
