I’ve been visiting a friend who is a patient here for several months. She seems satisfied with the care she is receiving from the staff, but wants to go home. The staff seems attentive and friendly to me as well. She is quiet and stays to herself but the staff is encouraging her to get involved with some of the activities available. She’s not crazy about the food. But she lives with it. That’s a sad thing. I’ve found Fox Hill. To be very clean. I don’t really smell any unusual odors The atmosphere is quiet If one has to be in a nursing home, I would say this is a good place to be

So this was my third time having my mother in this facility and the first was two years ago and she broke her hip and the second was when she broke some ribs and then the third was just past Christmas where she had a really bad open wound infection in her leg and the staff there was phenomenal. Whether they were CNA or an LPN, they took really good care of my mother and that’s all I could ask for.

The patient has been given as much care as possible given the timing of the holidays. Patient is a large part..cooperation with staff is crucial. 90 per cent of the staff are so accommodating. Everyone praises the Veterans of our country, this staff are my heroes. The job they do to save lives like my patient is amazing. Thank you guys for your service.

This place is awful. The neglect I have witnessed of my mom and so many other patients is actually frightening how this place is still open. My mom needed surgery and they said they would take care of setting her appointments up and getting transportation. She was there for weeks and nothing was ever set up. This cause permanent issues to her injuries. They do not clean them or care for them in the slightest. Some nurses are amazing but it is very few of them. If you care about your loved one at all, do not allow them to come here. So many of the workers here are beyond rude and getting any information out of them is impossible. If your loved one can get around and do tasks on their own without help, then this place is somewhat decent but if they need any kind of care, do not bring them here.
