Most of all I love our staff. They've made evergreen a place of comfort. I would recommend to anyone interested. The maintenance staff is always on top of their game. They are very respectful when entering your apartment. Bridget is warm and inviting. She's multifaceted and listens to our concerns. Having her here is the best decision corporate has made here @evergreen in mesquite!!! 😀<br><br>Just letting you know that our management team is doing a good job. I appreciate there focus on us ,the tenants. Our maintenance team is respectful and courteous. They service in timely manner.

Not very well secured. Gate are open at least 50% of the time because they do not work all the time. Now they are having problems with brake-in’s. This have been going on for the last two years. They break in the door when you are gone and cause damage to the door and door frame. And the rent goes up every year. Rent has almost doubled in the last 8 years and social security does not go up that much.
