I love that, Andi, the owner is involved in her agency. She cares deeply about the well-being of her clients. Lauren, who works in the office, is exceptionl at handling everything!! She is trustworthy an on top of issues, always looking for a solution. My mom requires full time care and Andi's Angels and I (client's daughter) have worked very hard to get the right people in place to care for my her. Unfortunately, not every caregiver has been up to par, but they have worked quickly to ammend the situation.

I was referred to Andi by another agency due to the amount of hours we needed initially. Andi spent time answering every question and concern I had and made me feel confident we could trust them for care. The attention and care they provided met our needs well. Lauren especially has been so supportive and great to work with, and the whole team is very responsive. We were a client of Andi’s for almost 2 years. I would 100% recommend Andi's to others and will not hesitate to contact them again should our circumstances change.

I found Andi's Angels from someone who lived in the same apartment building as my mom. I didn't realize there was an agency that could handle this for me and provide the consistency I was lacking with independent providers. The caregivers are reliable, punctual, compassionate, and professional. The only downside is that there is a minimum number of hours and my mom doesn't require that.

I can’t say enough good things about Andi's Angels. We found the perfect fit: They’re not too big, not too small. They just "get it" in a way other service providers don't. You can tell right away that Andi has personally been through these caregiving situations herself. She understands all those little hidden challenges families face that you wouldn't even think about. When we first started, we needed limited hours and only for my father. They were so flexible and understanding; they saw the bigger picture and were willing to grow with us. As it turned out my mom became ill and was hospitalized a few months after we hired Andi's and we very quickly needed round the clock care. They were fabulous about ramping up. Most of the caregivers have been wonderful and you can tell they genuinely care about my parents, The management team is excellent at keeping in touch and making sure everything runs smoothly. Having an agency like Andi's makes all the difference when you're dealing with family care. I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

If you are looking for a great company to help you take care of a loved one in your home this place is it! I’ve been consistently impressed with the leadership of this company. Andi truly cares about people and is exactly who you need in your corner helping you navigate this tough life process. The caregivers she selects to represent her company are top notch! They really care about their client and it shows in the interaction and care my family receives. I can’t speak highly enough about this company…they have become like family. Thank you Andi for coming into our lives at the most crucial time. We are forever grateful!
