Simply put, my experience was AMAZING. From a base of zero knowledge, Stephanie work with me to find the perfect situation for my Mother. After an unexpected fall my Mother was going to have to move from her home to an Assisted Living environment. Stephanie listened to our needs, and within a day put me in communication with several wonderful facilities. From a very stressful situation, we have moved to a wonderful place to move forward. Thank you.

Stephanie was recommended by a friend. We needed to find an assisted living location (ASL) for a relative. There are so many choices and the marketing brochures all mention the advantages of their location for a loved one. Stephanie listened carefully to our desired criteria, spent several hours over several phone calls to address our concerns and to answer questions. We never felt rushed and Stephanie treated all our questions with relevancy. Stephanie was invaluable at having additional info that was not mentioned in brochures. I learned alot during this experience. We are ecstatic where our relative is now living. The chosen facility would have never been on our radar, as an option, if we had selected a place on our own, and we are thrilled that our relative is staying at the decided upon ASL. Our relative is acclimating much better than we ever expected. Thank you immensely, Stephanie!!!

Can’t say enough positive remarks about Elite Living Specialists (special shout out to Stephanie!!!) - Stephanie was with me every step of the way to finding the perfect place for my dad to go into assisted living. She cared, would answer the call whenever I rang her (even super late into the night), and her compassion and desire to make sure my needs were met didn’t stop once he was placed. She has continued checking in to make sure all is how it should be and genuinely shows care for my dad, myself, and our unique situation. So thankful to have found her! She made what could have felt like a stressful placement end up feeling like a simple process.

I highly recommend Stephanie Coffey-Sullivan, MSW, LSW, of Elite Living Placement Specialists as a consultant to help families navigate the placement of loved ones in nursing homes. Stephanie was a plethora of knowledge regarding the best options for my mother's care. I will gladly utilize Stephanie's services in the future if my mother's situation changes.
