⚠️ URGENT WARNING – Poor Care<br><br>I am writing this review to strongly caution families considering this facility.<br><br>What I witnessed was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. A loved one in their care appeared to be neglected, untreated, and not properly cared for. When we arrived:<br><br>She was lying in bed without proper bedding or a sheet<br>Her skin was extremely dry, flaky, and appeared untreated<br>There were serious concerns that medication was not being administered as prescribed<br>Multiple medication boxes were still unopened, raising major concerns about missed doses<br>She appeared unclean and not properly attended to<br>Personal belongings were missing (including clothing and a shoe)<br><br>No patient should ever be left in this condition, especially in a facility that is supposed to provide care, dignity, and medical support.<br><br>This experience raises serious questions about:<br>Staff attentiveness<br>Medication management<br>Basic hygiene and patient dignity<br>Overall safety of residents<br><br>Families trust these facilities with their loved ones, and what we experienced was a complete breakdown of that trust.<br><br>Please do your research, ask questions, and advocate strongly for your loved ones. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility.
