My friend is there with long term stay.she was. Suppose to get shots in her eyes one year ago. She fell several times, hitting her head, no look at her head. The room is so small and the lady in her should be in her own room.only being a friend I can't get anything done. Her family don't cear.

I am a resident at Terrace View Gardens. I have been in many facilities, and Terrace View Gardens is the best hands down. I would recommend anyone. Everyone from maint. to housekeepers go above and beyond! Rooms are always kept clean, and never is there any types of smell in the facility. Anytime I have an issue staff is always there to help resolve it! Everyone is very friendly. The facility is right next store to a store to help me get extra snacks. I would give TVG a 5 out of 5 !! I would like to give a shout out to a few employee's... Shana, Emily, Beverly, Pam, Mrs. P, Dean, Asberry, Shawntae G, Red, and Tyler just to name a few. I can not say enough about the staff at TVG.

So Mercy Health gave my mom a lost of "short term rehab" facilities and this was listed as a 5 star facility... lie number one. The place is cluttered , has a terrible smell which is the first impression. Then after my mother was there for a couple days it was evident the staff is awful. They do not want to do their jobs there. They barely gave her medication, and had terrible attitudes. Needless to say we transferred her to a different facility after 8 days but we started the transfer just 3 days after bc of the awful staff.
