Absolutely Wonderful facilty!!! The staff is fantastic!!! Nursing, therapy and tons of activities, they make videos and put on their Facebook, priceless!!! I highly recommend this facility!!!

I love working with the resident’s, families and staff at Edenbrook Second Ave! We have the best activities staff ANYWHERE!!! They make sure our residents have the recreational and sensory support needed to reach their highest potential and to provide the best quality of life for each and every person. The therapy department is heads above all the rest in the region! Their outcomes for return to home or lower levels of care, speak for themselves!! As well as keeping our long term residents at their highest functional ability to make sure for their best quality of life. Nursing really cares and shows compassion and have the highest skill set necessary to meet the challenges of our patients and residents! Our DON assures the highest quality of care is taking place in the most caring environment! Our infection preventionist is very knowledgeable and makes sure all staff is highly trained and has the tools they need to perform safely and with infection control as a top priority. So many wonderful staff members in our dietary and housekeeping/laundry departments! These hard working team members are an essential part of our team. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make our residents and family have the best possible experience. Always willing to help where ever they can!!! Maintenance is on top of things all the time. They are quick to respond and always have a smile! They keep the facility running like a well oiled machine! The friendliest and hardworking transportation person, making sure our residents get to their appointment. Safety and security of our residents are their priority! Social services work hard at making sure our short term residents have the safest and most prepared discharges to home. They make sure our long term residents have all the love and support they need as they settle into our caring community. Business office is always so helpful and has the answers you need to all your financial questions and concerns. HR and our staffing coordinator make sure we are fully staffed with the highest qualified and best team members in the region. Wound care is superior! There is nothing they can’t do! All of our medical records and MDS staff work hand in hand with the goals and mission of our company and our community. They are responsive and knowledgeable. The receptionists are always helpful and so friendly! They can direct you to right person for all your needs. Our administrator is the heart of our facility! She is kind, caring and keeps everyone on their toes. With support and encouragement she helps everyone to be the best they can be and make this facility the best it can be for our resident as well as family and staff! Our residents, family, staff and vendors are the life blood of our facility. We appreciate everyone and encourage you to experience the top notch, loving and caring community that is Edenbrook Second Ave!

There is nothing like knowing your loved one or family member is being well taken care of. That peace of mind is priceless. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the staff you can tell they love what they do at the highest standard. Thank you !!
