The agency has been providing services for my dad since December 2025. Our experience has been extremely positive from the initial intake. The aides provide amazing care and are honest, trustworthy, professional, compassionate, kind, empathetic, respectful individuals. They all go above and beyond to assure my dad's needs are met. They treat us all like family and assure us the self care we need as well. The nurses and occupational therapists who come in daily from outside agencies are also very impressed with the aides from Griswold. The office staff are also very kind and always accessible in coordinating the schedule. We highly recommend this agency.

Shortly after my Mothers cancer diagnosis our family needed some extra help as her closest daughter lives two hours away. Griswold was wonderful, affordable and timely. We were able to get help almost immediately. Wonderful and caring staff all around. Highly recommend

Griswold has been a lifesaver for my mother and myself. We terminated services temporarily a few weeks ago, but only until I go back to work (I am currently looking for a new job). Our former aide has become a trusted family friend, so if you need assistance caring for a loved one I highly recommend Griswold. The professionalism of all the aides far exceeds that of other agencies we've worked with.
