We’ve been to serenity care quite a few times for the fun events they have during the holidays. My kids always have a good time and the residents are always so kind and seem so happy when we go. Such a nice facility and staff !

If I could give ZERO stars, that would be my ACTUAL rating. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to send their loved one here. My grandmother was here for at least three years but is no longer there THANKFULLY. Her clothing and blankets would go missing constantly, hygiene issues, and don’t even get me started how they RUINED her hair. She is no longer at this hell-hole and receiving PROPER care now. The new care facility noticed a large bruise when she got to them and documented this with us as well. Shame on whomever is supposed to be making sure things like this do NOT happen. How hard is it to treat people with common decency? Those poor people still there. 😢 **TO THE “new ownership” REPLY BELOW** I have NEVER been an employee of yours, thank you very much. 🤔 My concern above was for the residents still under “care” here. The misleading false information you state as fact further worries me of your competence, do better!

Justine the administrator is just absolutely terrific and very hands on and caring. Her staff has been wonderful to my mother and my mother is hard to please and is loving it at Serenity Care. Thank you Serenity Care for taking such good care of the residents, when I was there, they were all so happy!

My elderly cousin moved to Kingston Manor about 3 months ago, and everyone has been so nice and helpful. Roxanne, the director, bent over backwards to do everything in her power to expedite the admission process due to an emergency situation. My cousin tells me continuously how kind all the staff are to her, and I’ve witnessed it myself anytime I visit her. The staff is always informative, respectful and courteous anytime I call. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, well kept and very clean. I have nothing but good things to say about Kingston Manor!

This place ranks at about the level of severe medical negligence. Extremely rude and underqualified staff. I am a physician and while my uncle was there, I was unable to get a single person other than a rude nurse on the phone after many attempts. I begged for transfer back to the hospital for a head CT due to mental status changes and they ignored my requests. My uncle then had a massive stroke. Get ready for a lawyer. You people are pathetic. Save your elderly family members and DO NOT let them go here.
