As a caregiver for Visiting Angels i can say that all of the staff members are amazing especially Abigail!! They are very caring, respectful and very understanding. They are ALL respectful and willing to work around your schedule and your availability. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have had a wonderful experience working for Visiting Angels. The company truly cares about both its clients and employees, and that makes a huge difference. Everyone is supportive, professional, and dependable, creating a positive work environment where you feel valued and appreciated. A special shoutout to Abigail and the scheduling team. Abigail is incredibly sweet, understanding, and always willing to work with employees to find schedules that fit their needs. She is very flexible, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. Her kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed. What I appreciate most about Visiting Angels is how caring and reliable they are. Management is always willing to help when needed, and they genuinely care about their employees’ well-being. Visiting Angels out of Forty-Fort PA. was truly great to work with when we needed to get care for my Dad suffering from dementia. Staff was efficient, always returned phone calls promptly, offered extra support or things to think about, and truly helped take the load off of family members while making difficult decisions. Kudos to Renee and our wonderful aid, Kaitlyn. Not all super heroes wear capes! ;-)

Right from the start Visiting Angels were very efficient, quickly got mom on their roster so we did not have any delay in care post discharge from rehab. We appreciate their flexibility with the schedule week to week. The office staff is very accommodating and accessible. All of the Angels assigned have been courteous, kind, compassionate, reliable, and hard working. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
