My Aunt Ann was a resident at Serenity Care for 4 months. The staff was wonderful, caring and compassionate. Her room was nice and the food was her favorite thing. It’s a smaller facility that is very homelike<br>Ann Quinnan

My mom, Gloria Lavelle, was a resident at Serenity for past 15 month. Each and every staff member made her feel welcome from very first day she arrived at the facility. They gave excellent care, companion and love to my mother. She enjoyed all the activities provided especially bingo going for ice cream and movies.She loved going to the dining room for her meals and loved the food. She enjoyed getting her hair done on Tuesdays. She met many great friends at Serenity including all of staff. Serenity is a family oriented facility in every sense of the word. The staff is the "Best of the Best" and we will never forget what they did for my mother and my family!

I spent some time here recovering after a surgery that I had at Geisinger Wyoming Valley. It was actually Old Forge Manor at that time, not Serenity. I always felt they gave ,me the best care that they could, and the had some gret staff. But they never seemed to have enough people working. I'm not sure if thats because they couldn't hire anyone or if they're not allowed to have that many staff working at one time. Still I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed.
