My sister was placed at Duncanville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for her rehab, and our family couldn't have been happier with the care she received. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, and every staff member we encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. One thing that really stood out to us is that the administrator gives families his personal phone number so they can reach him anytime with questions or concerns. That level of accessibility and commitment is hard to find! They also do a wonderful job keeping the residents engaged by offering regular social activities, which made a positive difference in my sister's experience. It's clear that the staff truly cares about both the residents and their families. If you're looking for a rehabilitation and long-term care for your loved one, I highly recommend Duncanville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. In my opinion, it's the best facility on this side of town!
