Great Staff very Compassionate Cnas that go above and beyond to take good care of the residents. Great food and happy residents. Pleanty of activities and Clean facility. Employees who genuinely care about the residents. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for their family ❤️

I put my mother in Lennwood to communicate with other residents and get quality care, but quit the opposite happen, her clothes are soaked with urine when I pick them up, she has fallen out her bed and she is a fall risk, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told as long as the patient hit the mat it is not considered a fall, I told to me a fall is a fall she came out her bed and hit the floor. One night I was there when she fell and she was screaming for help when I came in the door I could hear her screaming at the door when I walked in, I walk in her room and said mom why are you scr cut off because my mom was on the floor and the nurse and heavy male nurse was setting at the desk never moved and I asked can you come help me get my mom off the floor. If amin had been open they would have heard her screaming. CNA stealing out of her room small items that don't even make sense. I'm there all the time and it doesn't matter. My mom asking the second shift to take her to the bathroom before they leave because a CNA on the third shift told her she was not taking her to the bathroom anymore, so my mom was asking us to stay all night to take her to the bathroom at night and yesterday I did report it to Admi and I was asked to give them a chance it's not working.

My sister in-law has been at the Lennwood for close to a year. Everyone has been very nice and attentive to her care. My family has a care meeting several times to discuss how she is doing and no complaints from her or us so far.

My uncle came to Lennwood after a serious medical procedure, struggling with everyday tasks. The care he’s receiving has been exceptional, and his progress is ahead of schedule. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in his recovery. From day one, we knew we made the right choice; they treat him like family, not just another patient. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything he needs for rehabilitation. The support and dedication here have made all the difference. I highly recommend Lennwood to anyone in need of quality rehab care.
