I was a visitor at the facility some months ago. I meet the Admission Person at the time was Hector and I also meet the Activity Director Iris she was a sweet and loving spirit. I brought a family member to the facility she was put in south wing at the time . I was crying a very emotional about my love and Iris Robinson the Activity Director talk to me comfort be by letting me coming in her department when no one was there. She listen to me and also we had prayer together. She is an Angle in this building. I was came to see my love one again another day . That loving spirit Young lady was there to greet me. She invited me and my family to The First Annual Senior Prom at the facility. I have came numerous time just to visit. I donated things to Activities Anonymous. Just because of the Love that I Got From the Angel that this facility has. The Activity director is a God sent to this Facility.

Got transferred to a nurse after I explained everything that was going on with my mother in law and the nurse had such attitude toward me. Don't work in any type of job that deals with people if you have a problem with being kind. ESPECIALLY health care. Really shows how so many nurses there only care about the pay check...awful.

I am so pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Daytona Health and Rehab. All the staff are compassionate, caring, and kind. The nurses and CNAs have taken amazing care of my loved one during her end of life. Her skin remained intact no wounds. The staff administered medication on time and even through the night to help with pain. They all showed knowledge of my loved one. The facility is clean and free of odors. I will recommend this facility to anyone needing care for their loved one.

I am a new resident at the facility.. They have the best staff.. This place is very loving. The Nursing staff is amazing an all my cna's that have worked to me are so great to me. The Food in the facility is very good. The housekeepers keep the facility very clean. The activities Department is amazing Steven an Iris is doing a Wonderful Job .. Hector an Becky in Admission are wonderful and amazing people.. The love and affection that this facility gives is so great.. I'm so greatful for being a New Resident at this location.

This place is awful, and even the staff seems to agree. The African-American lady at the front desk was unprofessional, as were the rest of the staff. I arrived at 3 PM to check out the facility for myself. They let me walk in without verifying if I belonged there, and there was no one around. Those I did see were either on their phones or neglecting patients. I had planned to place my father here for six months, but after seeing this, I walked right out. The reviews are right—do not trust this facility with your loved ones. If you have family here, make sure to check on them.
