Our family’s experience with the administrative side of this facility has been very difficult, and I want other families to be prepared. Our sister has a terminal diagnosis and is on hospice care. We expected important matters like Medicaid processing and documentation to be handled with urgency. Unfortunately, we experienced delays and poor communication that added unnecessary stress during an already heartbreaking time. We provided Medicaid documents April 14th, but later learned they were not submitted until April 29th. We were given conflicting information about the delay, including being told her account balance was an issue, even though those funds were intended to pay her facility bill. We repeatedly requested an invoice but never received one, despite being asked to make a payment over the phone. We have also requested onboarding paperwork multiple times and were told it would be emailed, but months later we still have not received it. A grievance regarding a missing cell phone was submitted and we have not received a response. We were also informed that shortly after admission the facility lost its social worker and currently only has coverage from someone who comes from another location one day a week. For families navigating hospice, Medicaid, and care decisions, consistent support is important. The care staff may care for residents, but the administrative communication and follow-through have been extremely frustrating. Families considering this facility should be prepared to stay involved, keep records, follow up often, and advocate closely for their loved one. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future families.

Everyone is friendly, and they watch over my brother well. He doesn’t remember his name anymore. He is well fed, clean and non combative. We are happy with their level of care and he is now in Medicaid..

I'll give 1 star because I have to and the therapy department is very good.. ZERO stars for almost everything else. The food is absolutely dreadful, everything tastes like rubber. The beds are barely suitable for inmates. Stupid smoking hours, timeframe makes no sense. should be able to smoke whenever. My roommate told the CNA over an hour ago that she needed to be changed and she's still waiting. They give you your pain meds whenever they feel like it, don't care at all if you're laying there crying from the pain. My first night here was absolutely horrific but this review is long enough. Keep Your Family Out of Here for their own sake !!

Good rehab experience. Staff are like family. Caring and professional. Attentive and respectful. Very clean. Physical therapy services are excellent staffed by dedicated professionals. I hope that I never need rehab but if I ever do, I would go back there.

My brother was placed here after his 3 stroke within 45 days. For the most part facility is nice. Have had some issues that have required speaking with administrators. Quickly handled. Physical, occupational and speech therapist are very caring and tentative to patients needs. I would recommend if you have a loved one at this facility I definitely would recommend that you visit daily or often. If they know family is coming daily they treat differently. Brother said food is good. Happy to update after we complete this step. Remember your loved ones deserve the best of care 😀
