Staff truly shows that they care for their residents despite the staffing issue they have. Cross keys seems to rely on agency too often. Not the same as it used to be. Only good thing i can say is the Nurses and CNAs need to be recognized for how they have been handling this situation

My husband and I moved into a cottage 3 years ago. These cottages are very well kept. Grass is always mowed new plants as requested they have garden plots for those who like to garden...a beautiful new theater w seats u could sleep in a great indoor heated pool and a well equipped gym...newbies are always trained. Activities daily if u want of all kinds. Great breakfast. The few times I have had dinner it was also great. They also have a woodworking shop and pottery studio. Lots of daily events! They also taked a bus w villagers grocery shopping and stop for lunch and on day and overnight trips. Lots to do here and wonderful staff!!

Visiting Angels of Hanover truly loves working with Cross Keys! Their memory support team goes above and beyond to implement meaningful resources and programs that support individuals living with dementia as well as their caregivers. The dedication, collaboration, and compassion their team shows make a real difference every day. We especially enjoy partnering with Erin and her incredible team — it’s truly a pleasure working together! 😊

Last week my wife and I joined the wait list for a home in the Bridgewater Landing section of CKV. We hope our new Esther Pentz model will be completed by 2025/2026. After our tour of the Harmony Ridge facility by a dedicated and knowledge resident volunteer, we can't wait to join the residents and live here.
