One star is too much of a rating. The staff was not friendly at all. The staff acted like everyone was a bother to them. My mother would have her bell on for over an hour before anyone would respond. I heard a patient being yelled out for messing their pants, had the nurses/aides responded sooner this would of not happened. No communication with the family of what was going on. I saw a patient with her urine bag about to overflow. I complained about the treatment of patients and they always had an excuse that they were understaffed.

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars, let alone even open! In the time my loved one was there, we have not had one positive encounter with staff aside from the receptionist. No one will even smile back at you and they all look miserable. I asked a question to a nurse or aide, and she seemed so annoyed I even spoke. My loved one would ring the call bell for an hour each time they had to use the bathroom. After waiting an hour, they had the nerve to yell at them for having an accident!! The place smells like feces and horrible food. (My loved one said the food is in fact horrible). They are severely diabetic and when I was there, their lunch tray included orange juice and ice cream!! Absolutely horrible place. They need agencies to seriously help them or shut them down. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I feel so sorry for those stuck there. NO ONE deserves to be treated this way or live in such a negative and neglectful environment. 💔

If wish I could give a zero.<br>My mom was released from here this past Tuesday. She spent 2 weeks here.<br>From day 1 this place was horrible.<br>She was sent here because it was not save for her to walk alone at home she was very weak and recovering from septic shock and loads of other health problems.<br><br>Day 1: I arrived an hr after my mom. They were just getting the oxygen set up in her room maybe 5 min after I got there. They never actually gave my mom oxygen they just asked her if she wanted it. Doctors wanted her on it.<br><br>My mom had a up coming doc apt I told them I was going to take her to my self. Their response was more on the lines they dod not want me to be the one to take her but to use their services I said no.<br><br>That night my mon called me as she had to wait 30min for someone to come after hitting her call button to use the bathroom. I had to call and let them know 30min have passed and no one came. Thank God all she needed was to hse the bathroom. Well. They waited to long and she had an accident.<br><br>She was wet her socks were wet. At first they refused to change her bed sheets and her socks until she had to ask multiple times amd demand it.<br><br>This happened every tome until my kon decided she was tired if calling me for me to call them to help her she started walking on her own. Thank God she was able to do it and did not fall.<br><br>4 days in my mom tells me they were not giving her ,her breathing medicine. When i asked they said they had in their notes I was bringing her Medicine in for her. No one told me this was a thing. So next day I bring the meds and they say they already have it and started giving it. ( she is in here due to lung problems thisnis very important medicine she needed)<br><br>Well now it came time for her Doctor apt. Im so happy I got there when I did as they had transportation there bringing her out. When I told them I was taking her .<br>They handed me an envelope and let me take her. When I got back they asked for that envelope I guess I was supposed to give it to the doctor for them to fill out but no one told me this.<br><br>All these small things happen no big deal we loved with it and moved on.<br><br>Eventually her legs amd feet started to swell up. She told them she thought she had a blood clot. They said no its just water and out her on water pills for 3 days. No tests just what they thought was happening.<br><br>I get a phone call saying her insurance will no longer cover her stay past Tuesday ( this was on a Thursday)<br><br>So friday I go in she is still using a walker. I tell them we do not have room at home for a walker she needs to hse a cane. I said this multiple times during her stay here.<br>They say on over and over and that they will help her with a cane they even showed me the canes they have.<br><br>Well I go home I make room for the walker because this is obviously going to be a problem. I never told them this tho. So they think she has no room for walker.<br><br>Come Tuesday they not one time helped her with the cane. They told me they ran out of time. At this point in wondering what the piitn of rehab was then if they are not going to make it safe for her to go home.<br><br>I ask about her swelling on Tuesday during check out the nurce says she is fine itnwent down.<br><br>We get home her legs and feet are huge her socks are very tight due to how big her feet are. So I call her doctor we dod a video call and he says he is concerned of a blood clot and unfortunately for me to bring her to the hospital.<br><br>Well she has 2 blood clots and is now back in the hospital at square one. This rehab is not here to help. Its allot about the check they get.<br><br>This is not all that happened either but in tired if writting. I would definitely recommend NOT sending your loved ones here. Oh and the entire place smells like piss. Stay away.

I felt welcomed meeting staff who would care for mom. They were professional courteous and kind. Mom was access almost immediately and every question and concern was addressed.
