THEY'RE RUDE AND THEY ASK QUESTIONS THAT ARE NON OF THEIR DA-HAM BUSINESS!!! I was just contacted by one their sales people by phone. I didn't know who it was and they didn't even explain who they were and why they were calling. He started asking me questions about whether I was interested in getting some services from them. He then asked me if I was happy with the home healthcare that I'm already receiving? I told him it's non of your business. As he rudely continued to speak over me, I hung up the phone. EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CONPANY. If they're this rude over the phone, then you can only imagine how they'll act in-person.

I’ve Been working with this agency as of 2023 & it’s been pretty cool. As long as you are following up on your end with clocking in and out and committing to your schedule, you’ll have no troubles. Miriam goes above and beyond to assure my assigned consumer is in good hands. She makes outreach when necessary and if she can’t help she will point us to who can. Halim runs the hiring process very well it was a quick and easy process overall. He was very helpful with helping me understand the onboarding process and requirements/training. Thank you!

We came to this location a few times & worked with Dallas. She is AMAZING. Truly a BLESSING from the heavens above…She is currently a field supervisor & I flat out told her she needs to continue to try & climb the ladder. There is no doubt she is going to succeed in her profession at the All American Home Care Agency. She is extremely easy to connect to & talk with. Extremely informative & worked her HARDEST to provide us with efficient customer service skills and information. Literally, spent hours in the office with us. Demonstrating the most patience, kindness & respect. She has some of the most solid care taking skills, & amazing people skills. She was so genuine & kind, & he will absolutely be our go-to for any future needs. I NEVER write reviews, but this beautiful soul deserves it. I truly, genuinely, hope that the All American Home Care Agency recognizes her & what she’s truly capable of doing for this company.
