My Mother lived here and was robbed while she was at the hospital. She told the office and they said “okay.” This place needs shut down. I have a feeling that the maintenance people robbed her. It was not small stuff, it was a dresser, a desk and several other large items. The police don’t do anything either.

I called about an appointment here and the lady that talked to me over the phone was very friendly and helpful. The rent seems to be a fair cost for a one bedroom. There seems to be plenty of Street parking and nearby a lot of restaurants. They are currently taking young and older adults, which is nice to know that this appointment building allows any young adult unlike other low income high rise appointment building that only except elderly adults. I would consider moving here

I was shown an apartment on a high floor with a beautiful view of the Susquehanna River. When the movers arrived my friends accompanied helping were directed to an apt on the 3rd floor overlooking the alley with all the neighbors garbage and a short distance from the bldg's garbage dumpster. By the time I got here, I was moved in. On weekends, intoxicated patrons of the many businesses serving alcohol here on Second St.end up on this alley, Barbara St., under my windows. You can imagine... There are no services here that help out the seniors except free lunches 5 days. Meals on Wheels quality. Mostly starchy food. Security is poor. Entrance Machine doesn't work for everyone and they won't fix it. Elevators are out of order fairly often, no hairdresser, no faxing or printing available. I'm leaving.

Nice place to live under new management but the lady that is in charge has been part of the community for many years. The rooms are comfortable and the rent is fair . It is only two block from the capital. The community is almost family . I have lived here 16 years and have never had a grief . I trust the lady in charge as she has always been kind
