We have been with Griswold for more than a year. Our experience has been pretty perfect. You hear nightmares of aides coming into your home caring for your parent while you are trying to work. Not with Griswold! Never once did we feel uncomfortable leaving the house with the caregiver here alone with Mom. They take her where she wants to go and sit with her when she doesn’t feel well. Dealing with dementia is so difficult for all involved. I highly recommend Griswold home care! Thank you All❤️

Griswold is an amazing caregiving organization. From top to bottom, they are people who desire to help those of us when we are in seasons of vulnerability. I cannot recommend Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County enough. I am reminded of Matthew 25:40-45 when thinking about the caregiving staff. They are a blessing for many. The more you engage with the staff, both office and caregiving, the more you will see the heart and Spirit of the LORD.

My family had a wonderful experience with Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County. They were sensitive to our needs and very understanding, even when last minute changes were needed. We were blessed to have Janet as a caregiver for our family member. One of my sisters actually used the word "saint" to describe her! She provided professional, competent, and compassionate care to our loved one. I believe she gave the same high quality care to our family member that she would give to one of her own. Words cannot express how much we appreciate her loving spirit!

I was concerned about bringing an unknown caregiver into the home of my ill mother. From the outset, Janet gave me a sense of comfort and peace. She came in and without making a fuss, she started caring for my mother in small ways and then bigger ways. She was particular in how the care was delivered, but she made me feel like I was capable to assist her. She was loving, helpful, knowledgeable, concerned, and kind in a way my mother and our family needed. Janet went above and beyond, and her goodness and sweetness were medicine during a very difficult time. I am very thankful for this agency and for their choice in providing Janet to care for my mother. She was truly an angel.

I reached out to Griswold to arrange 24/7 care for my mother on short notice. They bent over backward to have a caregiver in place so my mother could come home from the hospital. The caregiver, Janet, was an angel (10 stars on a 5 star scale). She was kind, compassionate and experienced. Griswold made a difficult situation manageable and significantly less stressful. I highly recommend Griswold Cumberland County.
