I stayed in their facility 3/26/25 til 4/18/25. I was told I had to leave because I didn't need their services. I left with a bunch of stuff and a walker. They said there was a hotel room waiting for me and they lied. I had to spend money I didn't have to spend.

Not the best place for a loved one. I visited my friend there several times and in the bathroom lay dirty diapers on top of the waste bin, used wash clothes at the sink and sheets that I doubt were not changed in a while. He also told me there are times he doesn't get a meal. The food he does get is always cold and not served on a tray, and comes without a lid. Pretty bad. Also they tend not to answer his call bell, granted he's not the only fish in the sea, but to lay in a wet diaper for hours to me would be very uncomfortable. In my opinion, not recommended for a loved one, these old folks deserve better, they deserve love and respect. This place seems to not give either one.

Staff on the dementia unit are rude and neglecting to residents. Try do not monitor they residents. Had my family there to eat dinner with my dad and walked into his room with two half naked men and soiled sheetz everywhere. The vice president for the nurses was rude and disrespectful and completely disregard to my family. Spoke with administrator to be held a long conversation short. More so ok I hear you now leave my facility. The issues I went through is nothing new to this place. And they disregard all concerns and never follow up! Make sure you file your paper work!

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

This place is absolutely disgusting and staff do not care about the patients just there to get a paycheck. This place needs shut down and I am going to hell and high water to do what I need to report this place because nobody's loved one should have to be in conditions like this or cared for by unprofessional rude staff members who care more about being on their phones than taking care of their patients. This place should be ashamed at how they are operating it is absolutely appalling. We brought conditions and concerns to a supervisors attention and another worker who is considered a "vice president and been doing her job for a long time" was very rude and unprofessional and even took it to the extent of asking me "why would you send him here" when I complained about the filthiness of the place and how bad their patients are neglected. I watched another patient have feces all over himself and the staff member was pushing him rudely back to his room and saying rude comments to him because she had to clean him up. I had another resident harassing me at my visit for food/drinks like they aren't even getting what they need to be properly nourished. There was another resident that took his diaper off right in front of everyone and staff just sat there on there phones. Another patient brought said patient a diaper and staff asked patient not to give him diaper and instead of taking it or helping other resident get properly diapered he proceeded to pull his pants down in front of me at the visit to put it on himself all because staff are negligent. That situation could've been avoided had staff would do their jobs properly. They should've removed him from the room immediately when it was brought to her attention. She also proceeded (same staff member who also got pissed at the resident who had feces all over him) to get upset with this man as well for trying to re diaper himself instead of her taking time to do her job instead of being on her phone. You have residents wandering into other residents room with nobody caring to remove them if patient wants to sleep and be unbothered. This facility needs to do better and I will be contacting the department of health.
