The Ballentine is my new home. It is WONDERFUL.<br>Ms.Pat has been so very helpful and kind to me since I got here 4/5/25.<br>She and her staff have been supportive, on point,<br>encouraging, helpful and<br>educating me about my<br>Issues. Clean building, making improvements,<br>Med Techs are fantastic 🤩. Plenty to do. Kitchen Staff is excellent.<br>Maintenance, led by Alex,<br>is exceptional!! Our<br>Executive Director, Patrice,<br>works with the Staff to ensure all is well.<br>If you are looking for a home for a loved one, check out The Ballentine!!<br>I. AM. HOME.🤓

The Ballentine would be top notch IF many of the employees took pride in what they do. The negative attitudes were overwhelmingly apparent when our loved one was there. Many employees seemed put off for doing their job. If the healthcare field brings you headaches and frustration, please do the senior community a favor and find another field.<br><br>My family ultimately chose to move our loved one from this facility since we weren’t getting the quality care from staff.<br><br>I would not recommend The Ballentine to friends or family unless there are some major staffing changes.

Dave was super helpful during my visit at the community. He is a great example of the values at The Ballentine and fits right in with such a strong team that truly goes above and beyond for their community.
