My Mom and her two sisters were residents at Province Place. My family have found the care givers to be compassionate, caring individuals and accommodating to our wishes. They KNOW their residents. My two aunts have since died (one was 90 and the other 96) but my Mom ( in memory care) is still going strong at 100! I will say that they do need to work on their internal phone system for better communication with family and hopefully with new owners there will be some stability with the administrative staff.

My Mom and Dad have been residents at Province Place of DePaul for several years, and the care they have received has been wonderful. The staff has been very kind and patient with them, which is not always an easy task. Also, if there's a problem ( whether something simple like "Your Dad seems to need some new socks" or something more significant) they call to let me know what's going on. I highly recommend Province Place of DePaul.

Do not put your loved ones in this place. They lie to get your money and take away your control to take care of your loved one. They leave the residents and Do not answer the emergency call buttons. If you try to remove your loved one, they confuse you with more lies and will treat them worse for wanting to leave.

Even as a visitor, I can feel the caring. My Mom has regained her joy. Thank you to the wonderful staff and the new friends she has met. Her physical progression has been amazing as well. The physical therapist got her up and walking again! The administration and program directors are top notch. I am so impressed that they are so willing to work with families. They have my upmost respect. The nursing staff have made her feel loved and wanted. The "neighborhood" concept that they use allows her to be a person and not a room numbered resident. Thank you to all!
