I have been residing here for over a years. No problem at all, great place to live. Management and Maintenance people are very helpful. No complaints at all. When you ask for any repairs they are prompt to take care as soon as possible. I have not had any problems since I been here, it is very quiet and I love that. Neighbors are very friendly. It has been a blessing to me finding this place.

I want to be honest . This place is deception in the making. The building needs to be condemned. I had never seen a bed bug in my 63 years of living. I didn't know they really existed. I thought it was really a metaphor. "SLEEP TIGHT, DON'TLET THE BED BUGS BITE." Yes, they do bite. They never treated my place. I have pictures of bite marks on my granddaughter's face and other body parts. I had so many bites. I went to the doctor. The bed bugs had spread to my grand kids, My grand daughter took bed bugs home to their house. I put a claim in for Insurance. They never paid, the complex didn't do their part. My experience was horrible bedbugs, so many roaches in the stove, microwave, and shower. The washers never work, nasty laundry room. The trash stays stored in the building the entire weekend. The smell is awful, nasty too. The ELEVATOR is always out of order. Remember this is a SENIOR BUILDING. I had to move out early by 2months. NOW THEY WANT TO TAKE ME TO COURT. A joke.. I had to throw away my KINGS DOWN mattress etc. "PLEASE BYPASS THE CHEAP RENT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." The state really needs to check these Senior Living vocality out. HELP OUR Seniors. I have pictures to follow up with.

Renters beware, the apartments are very small, they have roaches that they can't get rid of and the elevator on the south side breaks down often and can take as long as 3 months to fix.The trash smells horrific from the weekend til Monday morning. Also the rental office is not so nice.... Beware!!!!
