I absolutely love this place. The people are sooo friendly and welcoming. A few friends of mine live there and I am feverishly looking for my happy home there as well.

Great park from what I see. Fast application process turnaround. Fee is only 40.00. Refundable if you move in. Low rent of 732.00 which includes water,sewer,lawn and CABLE. Not owned by a big company, but a family owned park. 2 pools,and lots to do.

Was extremely impressed at this hidden gem of a manufactured housing park. I never imagined such a large and beautiful park could be located where it is. Pretty much an oasis in that area. It's all owner occupied and we were hoping to find a nice, clean and affordable mobile home to rent after being driven out of our apartment by Hurricane Ian.

Well maintained community! Beautiful trees are kept well trimmed, and lots of bushes and flowers! Every detail looked after by the park workers. People take pride in their homes uprading them. Managers are cordial and respectful ~ a pleasure to live here! Excellent location!

A very nice place to live. I believe they ran a more detailed financial and criminal background check than the State I used to work for. That's a good thing. (Update 12/2019) a new synthetic shuffleboard court was installed. Although it looks fantastic, it is a horrible playing surface and has ruined the game.
