Nice 55+ community overall. La Costa Village has solid amenities—two pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center, pickleball/tennis courts, and an active clubhouse with regular social events. The grounds are generally well-kept and the location is convenient to Daytona Beach, shopping, and everyday needs. Residents seem friendly and the community feels secure. Lot rent and rules are on the higher side, and some older homes show their age, but the resort-style feel and activities make up for it for the most part. Good option if you’re looking for an active adult manufactured home park in the Port Orange area. Worth a look.
