Nursing, PT, and OT staff were great during my 12 day stay. Really got me ready to go home. Very responsive and friendly. I recommend Citizens to any person that needs physical rehabilitation.

My dad is 96 years old , on 1/1/2022 to FMH , 1/20 to citizen Rehab till 2/17 discharge to home. We are appreciated their care,staffs are very nice and helpful and professional, they are with family has connections. We know how my dad’s going on, like PT /OT eating status. Very good care . Also they are monitoring covid test ,so control very well and they text to family status. We have no worries about covid and my dad’s care . Thanks again for excellent care.
