I been asking the nursing home to trim their trees down that have been DESTROYING my car for five years now. Every time I call they say they will bring someone out but they never do. They are liars!! My car has honeydew, branches, bird crap, and leaves that drop on it every single day. I live in the condo next door to them . There is also a HUGE branch that is just hanging on top of the tree that could fall off at any second and KILL someone standing under it. Very unprofessional plus they do not care for public opinion. Thats why they will do nothing. This place is dirty and looks abandoned. If they do not take care of their property then they surely will not take care of your family. Do not bring your loved ones here. They will be mistreated. I give this place 0 stars if I could. Trim your dam trees and have some respect for your neighbors.

Worst place ever my mom was there for rehab services but never got it 3 weeks and she stayed in bed. They stole her clothes and bracelet when I tried to take her out they wouldn't let me cut the elevators off when I asked for a email so I could write whoever manages this filthy horrible place they gave me wrong email. My mom got sick being there. When I got a friend to help me take my mom out because her blood pressure was so high she was not responsive. They tried to surround me like they wanted to fight me I regret ever sending her to this place. Don't make the same mistake. I reach out to the department of health and anc news

I was here a month or so back, and boy oh boy. Firstly, I have kidney and liver failure and at the time of my visit, I could barely walk with a walker and needed help getting up off lower elevated surfaces. 1. No transport, they just sent an Uber to pick me up at home, and the staff took easily 30 minutes to come get me and the rude lady walked ahead of me directing me to my room. They also had no clue who I was or what I was there for, so they stuck me in a room with a twin bed so low to the ground I could not stand up to walk to the bathroom. I also had two roommates. 2. Rooms were filthy, with dust caking the floor, knats on the walls, to the point that they sprayed bleach to kill them. Bed bugs too, and no power outlet to charge your phone. Cigarette smoke from inside the facility seeped into my room to the point I actually left the facility the same day. I could've sworn smoking inside a public building in IL was outlawed in 2007, but whatever. You need family to sign you out. 3. Staff were incredibly rude, one of the social workers took my vape from me but the cigarette smoke kept flooding the place. You ever see "one flew under the cookos nest", this place is worse. Inmates literally run the asylum, I had one guy "ask me" for money and a phone, and he would just enter my room without a care. Same with most of the patients. There was a worker who was yelling at my frail Vietnam vet roommate for messing with the TV, when said veteran moved slower than a snail and barely moved the second he lied down in the crappy beds. 4. I suggest the feds to investigate this place and shut it down. The patients aren't getting care they need to get back on their feet. And without insurance their prices are just as high as Victorian village, a seemingly much better alternative. This is where you send hated family members to rot. Feds, please do something. Terrible is an understatement. Update: this place just got fined 2,200 dollars for 2 class b violations of the nursing home care act from March 2025 to June 2025. Hopefully y'all get fined to oblivion for what I endured. The 5 star and 4 star reviews are so obviously faked, I reported them for being harmful. Imagine having to fake reviews to stay above a 2 star rating. Yikes. I will be looking to hire a medical malpractice lawyer and I will be in touch with you and Palos hospital, for the permanent track marks they left on my hands and arms, on a black Friday 2025 ER visit, amongst other things they did. Y'all messed with the wrong guy!

The building is old. My brother is there & took at least 30 min for him to get cleaned up & about the same just to find someone. the staff so far were nice, but rarely saw them. No blankets or bedding to keep residents warm, unpleasant smells, people yelling and screaming for a nurse or any help. Would not recommend for anyone admitted or just visiting.
