Memory care...It is a small place and ran well.. The patients are treated like family.. It's a memory care facility and has approx 20 rooms with 10 on each side,2 dining rooms, each with a kitchen and a snack living area with atv n seating,2 small TV ,1 Great room for larger gatherings and they have all the regular extras.. laundry..exrta lift...<br>"bath" room ect.. (all the bedrooms have showers)<br>The location is in the middle of a regular neighborhood... The clients that are able can walk outside around the place or sit in back with a book.. My mom's room is large enough to be comfortable in

There were only old people allowed to stay here. Well i wanted to stay here, why does my age matter! I identify as a 80 year old woman. So rude.

Rooms are spacious, meals are minimal and not particularly nutritious, did not have full time nursing manager as were told would be there, management is difficult to work with, no activities most of the time, staff appears to be overworked trying to do cleaning, nursing, cooking, laundry, etc and ownership is all about profits. Be careful before you put a lived one in this facility.

Horrible communication! I drove 115 Miles to see my grandma and I get told I can't see her because of visiting hours and they're eating lunch...<br><br>I can visit with her while she eats lunch in her room! That's no excuse.<br><br>As of visiting hours? Don't tell me I can go see her as long as I call ahead to let a staff member know I'm coming and then tell me when I arrive I can't see her until visiting hours are open.<br><br>I called two hours in advance to ask someone if I can visit her when I arrive and I let the desk woman know when I would be there. All I get is a "I don't know who you talked to, BUT they're eating lunch now and visiting hours are strict".
