Willows Landing has been such a blessing for my 92-year-old father and for our entire family. From the very beginning, it has been clear that the staff truly care about the residents and treat them with genuine warmth and respect, as if they were their own family. Every person we’ve encountered has been kind, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.<br><br>One of the things we appreciate most is that they help residents maintain their independence while providing help whenever it is needed. My Father is able to live independently and make his own choices, but he also has the support he needs with certain tasks. The balance has given him confidence, dignity, and a wonderful quality of life.<br><br>The dining experience is wonderful, with sit-down meals where residents can order what they would like to eat from a menu.<br><br>There are also so many thoughtful activities to keep everyone engage, active and connected. One of the most heartwarming things has been seeing my father form new friendships and genuinely enjoy the company of others around him.<br><br>Knowing he is surrounded by people who not only care for him but truly care about him brings our family incredible sense of comfort and peace. We are deeply grateful for the love and excellent care he receives every day, and we wholeheartedly recommend Willows Landing to anyone searching for a compassionate assisted living community.

Everyone makes you feel like family! From the first moment you walk in and Abby is sitting at the front desk greeting everyone to Rachel(Nurse) and Emily(Director) seeing you in the hallways I can’t imagine having our Aunt anywhere else!

I see a lot of senior living facilities with my job. Willows Landing is tops in the Monticello area. Great staff, clean facility, nice rooms, good food choices, and fun activities to keep folks engaged. In senior living, you get what you pay for. And I would trust my mom to them.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility . It is beautiful, very well taken care of , and extremely clean. The staff is friendly , they greet and acknowledge everyone who walks in. Their leadership team ; Brittany RN, Rachel LPN, Emily Director , are wonderful ! They advocate for the residents , are kind and patient , and go above and beyond to ensure the facility provides a great experience to residents and everyone who comes through the doors .
