Riverview Landing is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located in Otsego, Minnesota, situated along the Mississippi River. The recently constructed community offers 142 senior apartments with modern amenities positioned on the first floor for easy access, allowing residents to age in place with services tailored to their changing needs.

The community received a 5-star rating from the Minnesota Department of Health Assisted Living Report Card across all categories, including Resident Quality of Life, Family Satisfaction, Resident Health, Safety, and Staffing. Clinical teams undergo extensive training and continued education to provide specialized care, with visiting Physician Assistants and a Podiatrist available on-site. The facility maintains secured entrances with visitor protocols and security cameras for resident safety.
