Riverview Landing

Riverview Landing is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located in Otsego, Minnesota, situated along the Mississippi River. The recently constructed community offers 142 senior apartments with modern amenities positioned on the first floor for easy access, allowing residents to age in place with services tailored to their changing needs.

The community received a 5-star rating from the Minnesota Department of Health Assisted Living Report Card across all categories, including Resident Quality of Life, Family Satisfaction, Resident Health, Safety, and Staffing. Clinical teams undergo extensive training and continued education to provide specialized care, with visiting Physician Assistants and a Podiatrist available on-site. Staff receive special training to work with residents who have dementia or Alzheimer's, and the community hosts a dementia support group for families and caregivers.

Riverview Landing offers gourmet meals prepared fresh daily three times a day in a restaurant-style dining experience, with accommodations for dietary restrictions such as gluten-free and low-sodium options. The on-site Club GA Wellness Center includes a warm-water therapy pool, state-of-the-art strength training equipment designed for seniors, and a pickleball court, with free access for residents. A calendar of activities includes worship services, exercise classes, community outings, games, arts and crafts, movie nights, and performances.

The community features extensive outdoor spaces: a one-mile walking trail loop with views of the Mississippi River, a putting green, gazebo, second floor deck, and a large outdoor patio. All apartments include bathrooms with walk-in/roll-in showers and grab bars, emergency call pendants, and pull cords. Memory care areas are secured with PIN pad access to prevent wandering.

Riverview Landing welcomes one cat or dog under 30 pounds per resident, with a pet fee, and residents are responsible for pet care. All utilities are included except phone. Housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services are available for independent living residents at an additional cost, while the Guardian Angels bus provides group outings. The facility maintains secured entrances with visitor protocols and security cameras for resident safety.
