This facility is very understaffed, patients fall and are left in the hallway for all to see for quite some time before anyone finds them. There are no activities for residents besides daily "snack time" unless you want to volunteer your own time to coordinate them for a facility you're paying to care for your family member (that is presumably not a non-profit and should not require volunteers to operate). Resident rooms are not cleaned regularly. Who is actually running this place?! I feel for anyone that has to put a loved one in this doomed facility. Save *your* grandma from neglect and look elsewhere!

My loved one lived here for 4 years and we watched the care deteriorate to the point that we moved her elsewhere for a much improved experience. This facility offers next to no activities or enrichment, is not staffed appropriately for the acuity and supervision needs of residents, does not provide qualified dementia care, and cannot provide continuity of care due to staffing levels, turnover and management. The suites are lovely for someone who is almost completely independent - but if staff support, cleaning services, and enrichment are needed, this is not the best choice. Anyone considering this facility should research extensively….
