Home Instead is a truly wonderful company to work with. Recently Hannah helped with my mother's care at a large family gathering. She was so terrific with mom and did such a great job. We couldn't have done it without her. Thank you!

This team is on it! After a few failed attempts finding care for our mother in her small town, we landed on Home Instead out of St. Cloud. They have truly been a blessing and hands down, the most professional team we encountered. An extra shout-out to caregiver Veronica for going above and beyond. We couldn't do any of this without this caring team.

Our care professional Mary K has been with us for 7 weeks. She has been outstanding with the home cleaning details and has excelled in socializing with my spouse who has medium dementia symptoms. My spouse is now more energetic and is absolutely more engaging. The Home Instead team from St Cloud was a huge help to us during our mother’s hospice time. They stepped up quickly and provided experienced and caring caregivers to her home. Working alongside them 24/7 assured us our mother would be as safe and comfortable as she could during this difficult time.<br><br>Jasmine immediately stepped up and asked where her help was needed. When family stopped by, she stepped back and kept busy in the house while keeping a watchful eye on mom. Callie was there at the end and was so attentive to mom’s and our needs. The entire team allowed us to stay focused on our final days with mom while they focused on her care. We can’t thank them enough.

Everyone from the start has been awesome.<br>Very thorough and thoughtful. It has been 2 weeks of using their services. From the start with Carolynn for the initial consult, and Cassie with scheduling. Keeping a small handful of caretakers for my dad was important and they are doing great with this. Rolanda on the weeknds and Mary who comes in daily are great. The online notes that all of them leave is so important too. Helping me to see the day to day for my dad. Mark is great in the feedback and responses as well. Overall this is a good fit, as of now.
