Visiting Angels has been a God-send for me.<br>My caregivers Lori, Krystal, Wendy, and my Nurse, Tacita make being home alone bearable.<br>They are on task with my Care plan and I enjoy their company. I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Less than a star this company has changed for the worse! They lied to me about me made there problems about me! Then terminated service visits without notice! Leaving me without clean clothes no way to get food!Dirty dishes and garbage I can't get to the can outside! Without any notice they were not coming to do the job! Unwilling to handle damages old workers caused! Just gone there a bad company beware of Visiting Angels! They'll lie to and about you potentially to they do not care at all!<br>Just received a response from visiting Angels! To bad for me I'm the only one damaged by there horrible treatment.Thats the uncaring dissrespcetful dissmisive treatment.To bad I m left with the undone clean and ride assistantce! Bye! Visiting Angels couldn't be anymore dissrespcetful! No notice and there response oh well they quit left with all the job they didn't do ! Then good luck with now doing what they were hired paid to do. Pretending that there so kind and fake compassion! Knowing I'm now made to suffer because of there giving no notice! Left there job undone and knowing I'm not able! But now to bad good luck moveing forward!!! There job undone!After I've been good about workers who throw out food I told them not to.A worker telling me her and her three kids would move in! Take care of me so inappropriate! Then leave the job undone no warning!And visiting Angels left an elderly vunrable disabled person.Without clean clothes , clean dishes, garbage full,no way to get to grocery store! As the day after I received your letter.GOOD NEWS YOUR SERVICES ARE CONTINUING!That is so horrible and you lied about no interruption in service! DHS has done nothing not even a call! And not any of you care just good luck from visiting Angels bye! With the holiday coming but good luck visiting Angels still doesn't care you still have no food! Clean clothes, or dishes and more garbage your disability stops you from getting outside!<br>After I requested a copy of my file from them.When they abruptly quit without any notice.And the following week sent a letter to me . Stateing "good news service will continue"!But they never sent me my information? After the head man told me he would mail it to me.A month ago so I called to ask when will it be here? He lied he ignored my request he wasn't going to even send it to me! I now have them again change what I was told.Now I have to wait sign a request for the information!!! Or they will not send me my information!!!! But visiting Angels can quit without any prior notice! For no reason and after BIZZARLY still after.Send there good news your service will continue notice?After they unprofessionaly quit without notice! Leave me still without service after there promises.There will be no gap they spoke to DHS!!! And cruely left no clean clothes,dishes garbage inside and knew I had no way to get food!BEWARE OF VISITING ANGELS THEY CHANGED MANAGING STAFF!!!AND THERE SERVICE GOT HORRIBLE!!!!!And they refuse to return valuable items that are not here since there last horrible employee took them!!!!The employee who tried to get me to eat food.She took out of the trash!!!
