That single star goes to their compassionate therapists. The care staff get zero. Their neglect nearly killed our mother. They fed her medications she did not need and when her body started to give up from it and constant pain, they threw narcotics on top. She very quickly withered away. What she needed was antibiotics for her several infections that had developed from neglect while living there. TWO showers in the two months she was there. That is all. Her skin was dry and cracked from all the chemical washes that never got rinsed. Her skin sunken from severe dehydration and malnutrition because they didn’t help her with water or food. (Family was present and doing these things during the day, but she needed help for dinner.) We learned after 6 weeks that she wasn’t getting anything after we left for the day. And looooooong (45 minute) wait for call light response. BEWARE!
