Just want to share a little something I have experienced. Yes having a Mom (Carol Lien) with dementia is heartbreaking and to have to make the decision to put her in the care of others so she could get the best possible care is hard. But the care she received at the Shepherd of Grace was far above what I expected. She made so many friends and the caregivers there were amazing and loved her like their one family. The countless caregivers that have come in to say their goodbyes and shared their experiences with Mom has been amazing. I love that she has touched so many. I never had to worry that she was alone. Because of these fantastic group of people my Mom was so loved and surrounded by another whole family!
