I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rikki and the care she provides. She is truly an exceptional QMAP caregiver who consistently goes above and beyond for my uncle. From the very beginning, she has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to his well-being. Rikki is always attentive to his needs and ensures he is comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times. What stands out most is her reliability and communication—she keeps our family updated regularly, which gives us such peace of mind. Knowing that my uncle is in such capable and caring hands means everything to us. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of his care team. We are so blessed to be a part of the community at Brookedale Pinehurst Park. The care team is so thoughtful with my mom and we appreciate the warm, friendly and homey atmosphere. My mom loves connecting with her friends to enjoy activities, and appreciates having her own room and bathroom as well. This is a loving community we are grateful to be a part of.
