We had to move our mom to Brookdale about a year ago and since the move our mom‘s health and quality of life has tremendously improved. The staff there is incredible, all of the nurses and caregivers are amazing! Brittany, Sophia, Biri, Kanisha, Tammy and Felicia are just a couple of the caregivers that help with our mom and go above and beyond for her and truly care for her 💕 you can tell that everybody there truly enjoys their job and truly enjoys caring for the residence there. I especially love how they have outings for the residence and they make sure everybody that goes on an outing is well cared for, our mom has a hard time getting around and they always make sure to provide a very nice wheelchair for her<br>I would highly recommend moving any of your family members to this wonderful place<br>They will get extraordinary care.

I visited Brookdale Meridian Englewood about two weeks ago with a friend whose grandmother lives there, and I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. It was a weekend, and the Executive Director was personally there checking on residents and making sure everyone was cool and comfortable. He was not just checking in. He was actively working on the cooling system alongside the team and making sure the building remained comfortable for the residents. It was reassuring to see that level of hands-on leadership and concern.<br><br>The dining staff was also extremely accommodating to her Grandmother and very welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of, and the quality of the food seemed excellent.  Overall, the community felt friendly, attentive, and well cared for. I left with a very positive impression.

Moving loved ones into assisted living comes with a learning curve, and while no facility is without its operational hiccups or infrastructure limitations (especially in an older building), leadership makes the difference. Executive Director William Himes has shown integrity, responsiveness, and care in supporting my parents. He listens to families, addresses issues directly, and advocates for the residents. My family appreciates his honest communication and dedication.<br><br>Furthermore, the caregiving staff is excellent! My parents primary care provider said that of all the facilities she works with.the assisted living floor at Brookdale is one of the best.

Ashley Andreatta is absolutely wonderful! She is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly cares about the people she works with. Her warmth and dedication really stand out. Brookdale Meridian Englewood is lucky to have her!

I toured Brookdale Englewood this week and one of the first things I noticed was how clean and fresh the community looked. While walking through the skilled nursing area, I briefly met Shannon, who greeted us warmly despite being busy. Between the cleanliness of the building and the friendly staff, it was a very positive experience and definitely a community I would recommend considering.
