7 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Toni with DignityFirst at which point Frank took care of my husband Al nightly for a couple years. The entire family was extremely pleased with their services. Currently I am employing DF once a week for miscellaneous appointments and am extremely satisfied with their services. DignityFirst Health at Home was such an incredible support to my father-in-law over the course of a 2 month period of suffering multiple strokes. From the initial intake and coordination of services to helping us through his end of life care, Dignity, Toni and the entire team were professional, caring, supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic. Toni helped us navigate long-term health insurance, a placement in long-term skilled nursing and coordination with hospice services. Our family is so grateful to DignityFirst for their superb level of care for our loved one and we all highly recommend them. We needed some respite time while caring for our Father whom was on hospice care. Dignity First was a blessing to find, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our caregiver Frank S. was top notch and a perfect fit for my father whom is not the easiest personality to deal with. Frank was compassionate and provided the perfect amount of supervision and companionship to allow my father to feel comfortable and safe while maintaining his dignity.

Toni came to assess the situation, educated me on the likely path that my husband would experience, made suggestions on supplies I would need, and was actively engaged in helping me immediately. We had a plan when she left. Stephanie was the caregiver of a lifetime... truly. She was experienced in the process, knew what to do to help alleviate my husband's discomfort (re-positioning him, using barrier cream, etc.). She was kind and a clear communicator .. she partnered with me so well. I am in total appreciation for their service.
