This is place is predatory and takes financial advantage of the elderly. Beware! They stole 1 months rent from my in-laws, after they moved out. They said it was a mistake and promised to reimburse them. Every time by husband calls they say they will call him back (they don't) and that they should receive a check soon. It's been months. No check. No follow up. They customer support numbers they provide here will tell you the place has been shut down, yet they are still operational. There is something very shady going on here.

My aunts have been at Brookdale for 4 months now. Overall not a bad place for your loved ones. However, the photos you see on the website do not reflect the actual facility. My aunts are in memory care which is divided from the rest of the facility as it has to be locked at all times. The meals they serve in memory care are not great and very different from the meals they serve in the regular senior care. They advertise activities and events however they do not do the same events for memory care patients. They park them in front of a TV for most of the day everyday. Besides management, the staff is really great and hardworking. They are really great with the patients. I have seen the director but he has never made an effort to introduce himself to our family. We pay a good chunk of money to keep our aunts at this facility because we have no other choice. While we do not expect perfection because we know how difficult dementia care is, it seems like they could do better overall.

This assisted living facility has been wonderful for our family. The staff is caring, attentive, and always treats residents with kindness and respect. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe, comfortable environment. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality senior care.

Bernhard and his team at Brookdale Arvada are amazing to work with! They go above and beyond to help their residents. They recently helped with a new resident move in and were quick, efficient, and communicated very well. We appreciate all they do!

Gina in Admissions is the best. Absolutely fabulous to work with. She makes the admissions process simple and straight forward. I highly recommend working with her and her team.
