My grandmother moved into Cogir of Broomfield 3 months ago. The building is beautiful and gives a very welcoming and positive feel. The staff are excellent! They are very friendly and give my grandma excellent care!!!! New moves can always be scary, but this experience has been wonderful!

As a family member, I feel such relief and gratitude for the changes at Cogir of Broomfield. Since the new Executive Director stepped in, the entire community feels different — calmer, warmer, and genuinely caring. The staff knows my loved one by name, treats them with dignity and kindness, and takes the time to listen and respond when concerns come up. I finally feel heard and included, and that means everything. Walking in now feels comforting instead of stressful, because you can truly see and feel how much the leadership and staff care. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind and for treating our loved one like family.

We recently moved my mom into this wonderful senior community after she was widowed last year and needing to downsize from her longtime home. From day one, the experience has exceeded our expectations. Her 1-bedroom apartment has everything she needs, including a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, making it truly feel like home rather than just a place to live. The community itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. There’s a great restaurant on site and so many engaging classes, activities, and opportunities to stay social and active—something that has meant the world to our family. Just a few days after moving in, my mom told us she hasn’t been this happy in a long time, and that alone speaks volumes. We are so grateful to have found a place that gives her comfort, independence, connection, and joy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new senior living facility. Homey feel and inviting atmosphere. Nicely decorated with every amenity you can think of right inside the building. Very large dining room, game and talent rooms. Movies nights, salon and fitness center. Very friendly staff that I encountered.
