I’m new to this community and have already had such a positive experience. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, and there’s a genuinely positive atmosphere throughout the building. You can see the teamwork across departments, which creates such a great environment for both staff and residents. The residents seem happy and engaged, and the location is an added bonus with so many convenient places nearby. Excited to be part of such a great team and community!

Great staff!!!! everyone from the Director of sales to the maintenance team are amazing!!!! Awesome active friendly group of residents as well - first day we were invited to play jeopardy in the multi purpose room , and let me tell you the energy was high and the minds sharpe !!! We / my mother found 4 of her life long friends are here - and a few of the nurses came to her room and introduced themselves - made her feel good and welcomed /mom loves the place- I’m grateful she’s here among Good People 😇🙏🏾👌🏾!!

I looked in the Harvard Square for a place to put my dad who had a memory care issues. Due to my work in the community I’ve seen a bunch of horrible assisted-living facilities. Harvard Square was above my expectations. The facility is clean and well kept. The residents are happy and seemed to have a very good quality of life. I ended up choosing to go with Harvard Square and knew that it would be a difficult process to finally get my dad moved in. I was wrong, the people at Harvard Square helped me with the paperwork process. Christina at Harvard Square went above and beyond to assist me and assist my dad. I expected my dad to be mad about being put into a retirement home after I’ve cared for him in my home for two years. I was also wrong, my dad loves it there and appreciates the staff attentiveness. My dad also really enjoys the chef prepared meals.

My mother needed to quickly transition from living at home to assisted living. After touring several facilities, we found Harvard Square to be head and shoulders above their competitors in terms of apartment style and size, wide-ranging amenities, engaged management and leadership, and compassionate, caring staff. Every aspect of Harvard Square operations reflects a well-run organization with consistent attention to detail and outcome-oriented performance. Food, nursing, assistance services, medication management, housekeeping, concierge, billing, therapy, and social activities are all reliable and consistent. Highly recommend Harvard Square as an assisted living provider. They are cost competitive in the market, yet superior in quality and breadth of service.

I recently performed at Harvard Square Retirement & Memory Care and had a wonderful experience. Daisy Hernandez was incredibly helpful coordinating everything - from parking to setup - and the staff was welcoming and professional throughout. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm atmosphere. What really impressed me was the resident community. There was a large, enthusiastic crowd in attendance, with residents genuinely engaged and enjoying themselves. I don't often see residents dancing at my performances, but here, plenty were up and moving! The applause and compliments afterward were heartwarming. Harvard Square clearly invests in quality programming and creates an environment where residents are happy and engaged. I would absolutely perform here again and highly recommend this community.
