I never use a company or a product without first reading available reviews. I can describe Touching Hearts At Home with four C's.<br>C=Competence; After several surgeries, I need a Caregiver to do what I can't do i.e. lack of range of motion/limited walking. My Caregiver does everything I can't do and more. She drives me to doctor's appointments and waits for me. She takes me grocery shopping and reads labels to me. Sometimes I just give her a credit card or cash and she shops for me. She is as honest as the day she was born.<br>Recently, after another surgery, I needed 24/7 care for three weeks. On short notice, Touching Hearts put together a team of three female Caregivers. The two who were new to me were as competent as my Caregiver.<br>C=Consistency I have had the same Caregiver for two + years. Touching Hearts does not send a different Caregiver for each shift. This is an important factor.<br>C=Confidentiality When you invite someone into your home your life, at times, becomes an open book. I am confident that my medical and financial business remains with my Caregiver. She has other clients but I don't know who they are or where they live.<br>C=Complaint My cat loves my Caregiver more than he loves me.
