I recently had total knee surgery. My care person from Bright Star was Amazing!! Compassionate, great teacher, kind and professional! His name was Mitchell, and I highly recommend!👍🏻👍🏻❤️

Brightstar care was wonderful! I would recommend them every time! My nurse Jamy was so wonderful when I had my surgery this time I requested her again. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home health agency.

I am very unhappy with the service provided and the way I was treated by the Birmingham office specifically Naomi. I will admit, the way I reacted could have been handled better and I did call back and apologize. But I still 100% stand by my opinion with this company and the poor service and unprofessional attitude I dealt with multiple times with them. I was u fairly discharged after requesting a nurse change and then being sick for a week and when I called to ask for a solution I was hung up on twice and talked to like a dog. As soon as I called back Naomi threatened to file "harassment" charges against me for expressing my disbelief and unhappiness with them. I will leave my review as is until hopefully speaking with the corporate office tomorrow as the contact in the main headquarters took my information and informed me that I would get a call from corporate tomorrow. I hope that they will truly listen to my complaint and assist me in finding a solution as that is all I want, if they can do that then I will withdraw my complaint! Will update tomorrow!

After a hip replacement, Steve was assigned as my in home physical therapist. From visit one through completion, he was first class. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! When and if I have the other hip done, I hope that he will still be “on duty”
