Nasty facility and mean nurses. No proper supplies for the residents. I’ve seen large cockroaches in the hallways & the whole building smells like cigarette smoke and urine. The linen used to have old poop stains on there even though it used to be washed and they’ll still give it out to residents for reuse. I would not recommend this place not one bit.

If I had a choice I wouldn't be here either and I want out I have a heart problem and need surgery to fix it and this place don't even care about it and say that my chest pains are only gas when indeed that even the doctors at the hospital say that it severe and I need it done sooner than later but this place says that they don't have that in my records but I know that the doctors at the hospital puts that in the paperwork before you leave the hospital so I don't see why they are saying this to me so I had to call for an ambulance myself cause they never would of and it was serious enough to where they wanted to admit me again but the admit team said no at the hospital the ER doctor said with what was happening with the heart monitor that was hooked up to me and my blood pressure they told me that they wanted the surgery done sooner than later it was and is that serious and I'm trying my best to get out of here with some help. I'm not staying longer than I have to cause I don't want to end up paying to stay here I don't even want my insurance pay for it and I know if something happens to me while I am here my aunt will be pressing charges on the place plus they say that the call lights don't work they do work they just don't want to do their work and they want to smoke in the building and people have asthma and breathing problems and I know I'm allergic to smoke and I have asthma so it really gets to me when they do that and they have the radio or tv up loud every night or they just stand around yelling and screaming all night they don't check up on you and there is other things to the name is Becka plus they need to know a person legal name to cause it's not Rebecca it's Becka and they need to know what people are allergic to cause they are given people stuff that they are allergic to good thing I know what I am allergic to so I know not to eat or drink or even touch or be around if I can help it anyways and they need to ask if a person is long term or short term cause I am only here short time

Terrible I only stayed a week as it was not meant for me to be here...I purchased tobacco while I was on an outing,I'm certain of how much I bought seeing as suffer no issues of memory loss and when I left I collected mines only to find my tobacco was missing and I had the receipt for what I purchased. They take your cigarettes and tobacco and usually loose it,I've seen them pass cigarettes out other residents that didn't belong tong to them...I had mail (bank and debit cards) and a new phone ordered and mailed prior to me leaving and ups gives tracking numbers to let you know when things arrive.I called and called to confirm it was there they'd either be busy or would tell me nothing came when I had in fact gotten emails confirming my things had been delivered. This makes this place untrustworthy to live in if your belongings were not safe I certainly wasn't so I was right in my wanting to leave not just for the fact that I didn't belong there but because its not safe and they aren't honest...

My uncle needed rehab and this place was perfect. Right in the neighborhood. Easy parking and the staff are so friendly.
