You people treated my recovering grandmother worse than a dog. Your staff obviously has no care for their patients beyond not getting fired. Feeding her cold, plain "oatmeal" without any sugar for breakfast. Neglecting to care for her wound (the reason she came there, for "professional" care) and never cleaning the restrooms, leaving your guests to sit in their own waste for hours, until they have sores. Absolutely disgusting service people here should be legally punished for how they treat their elders.
