The live-in caretaker is about the most unpleasant person you will ever meet. All she ever does is talk about how much she despises her job and all the residents. Although she won't hesitate to talk about everyone's personal lives. And the hallways haven't been vacuumed in years. I wouldn't recommend living there.

On site maintenance person is aggressive, belittling, rude, sneaky, abrupt, and a gossip, targets and demeans the elders, intimidating them with challenging behavior. People actually avoid going in the front door when they know she's working. They will go in through the garden door, and/or use the back and side doors. Management has been informed of this severe situation, and yet the person still remains. People feel helpless to do anything, they are afraid that if they report the person, they will be targeted even more. I was advised to avoid her as much as possible, so as not to rile her, and to avoid the gossip.
